🔋 Device & Usage

How do I charge the SmoothTrim Pro?

Use the included USB cable to charge your device. A full charge takes approximately 60 minutes and provides up to 90 minutes of cordless use. A red indicator light will turn off or change color when fully charged.

Is it safe to use on sensitive skin?

Yes! The SmoothTrim Pro features ultra-fine hypoallergenic blades designed to glide gently without pulling, redness, or irritation — making it ideal for all skin types including sensitive skin.

Can I use it on wet skin?

Absolutely. The SmoothTrim Pro is waterproof and safe for both wet and dry use. You can use it in the shower or on dry skin with equal comfort.

Which areas can I use it on?

It is designed for use on facial hair (upper lip, chin, sideburns), underarms, bikini line, legs, and other body areas. Always use gentle, light strokes for best results.

How do I clean the device?

Remove the blade head and rinse it under running water, or use the included cleaning brush to remove hair. Do not submerge the main body of the device in water.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location — standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days within Pakistan.

How can I track my order?

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
